DMCA censurando conteúdo do blog!

Há uns 7 dias, escrevi um post sobre o novo CD do Christopher Lee. Lembro perfeitamente cada parágrafo. O primeiro contava um pouco da história do ator, o segundo eu citei uma frase do "Lord of the Rings" , fazendo uma analogia com o novo trabalho como cantor, e depois fiz uma grande propaganda do CD. Mencionei o site Pirate Bay para baixar o CD, pois o mesmo não era vendido por aqui.

Até aí, não existe nada demais, levando em conta que outros blogs fazem coisas piores do que essa. Alí, não havia nenhum link para download e muito menos estava comercializando o CD de forma ilegal. Apenas citei um CD muito legal de um super ator.

Eis que hoje, às 14h entro no Painel do Blogger e me deparo com um grande aviso, dizendo que o post foi retirado do ar por violar os direitos autorais de terceiros e que haviam me enviado um e-mail explicando o que havia acontecido. Excluí o post para não me causar problemas futuros.

Ri alto. Achei essa uma atitude ridícula da DMCA e do Blogger. Quero deixar claro que não será por isso que vou parar de postar sobre assuntos interessantes, CDs, filmes, etc. Acredito que compartilhar informações não é nada demais e acho que tudo isso foi mal interpretado pela DMCA. Se ocorrer de novo, vou deixar um recadinho para eles:
